JW, I just happened to find some Cory on my Harddrive last night, so hhere it is. This one's 5 minutes long. I really wish I knew the name of the Brunette in the bigger photo!!!(Well, must have had the volume down in the past, first name is Debbie, anyone know the last name?) The other Blonde's first name is Trudy.

Here is possibly the hottest fitness babe of them all, Canada's Cynthia Kereluk. Was on the Lifetime network from late 80's into the 90's. Stupid move to get rid of that show!
She was usually quite shy about showing her fine booty, but in this one show, she gave us all quite a treat, turning around several times(At the 2 minute mark, then around 5:10 mark) and not stopping the wedgie!!! She recently married Paul Rogers, yes, that Paul Rogers! Lucky bastard!!!

Joanie Greggains of morning Stretch. Not the prettiest of faces, though to be fair she was probably well into her 40's even when these shows ran in the 80's. But her body was great, and she was very funny as well. Liked Pam in the background as well...

Ah, Cynthia! I spent a lot of time... er, "exercizing" to that Canadian beauty! She was shy about showing her rear, but her firm body and pantyhosed legs were always worth watching. She remarked occasionally that she got letters from men. I'm sure she got some interesting letters.

Probably the best Morning stretch, and it isn't even because of Joanie! I only saw 2 shows were the brunette Mary wore a thong leotard with flesh colored stockings. This is a complete show as well. Part one is 9:24 108 MB's.
Part 2 is the one with the best shows of her butt...

Here is an early Bodyshaping with Cory Everson, and the cheeky Kiana Tom. I have to say, I liked the paler, less muscular Kiana of this era best, but that's just me. Just 27 seconds,(and one part is repeated) but it's choice stuff!

Anyone remember the "20 Minute Workout", from the early 80's? That was the one that featured three girls doing their hump aerobics on a big turntable stage, so that one of them had her bum to the camera at any given time.

If I'm not mistaken, a clip from the show was featured in "Austin Powers", in the scene in his hotel room in Vegas, where Austin is catching up on everything that happened since he was frozen in the 60's.

The lead "dancer" and choreographer was a girl named Bess Motta, who's otherwise known as Sarah Connor's roommate in the first "Terminator". Her boyfriend was Rick Rossovich, who got whacked by the Terminator when it broke into the girl's apartment, and he killed Bess, who he thought was Connor. And I have to say, I count myself with the Cynthia Kereluk fans, she is hot, but she also seems like such a lovely girl, too. If I'm not mistaken, she was a Miss Canada, before she made her career as a fitness guru. Paul Rogers is one lucky man...

Oh yeah, I remember those! I first saw those on Showtime, in the early 80's, when we had an antenna on our roof that got them!(It wasn't even on 24 hours then, WTBS would fill in the hours they went off the air)
Always seemed to catch those in the middle, or later, and beta tapes were expensive then... Check out the site

Caps look better than the 52 second clip(of 2 shows) does. I think these were taped with a pretty sorry vcr I had that would cause the image to be all screwed up for the first several seconds of a recording. All I have from these shows and I wouldn't have bothered with the first show if I didn't have another brief clip to pair it up with.

Thanks for posting "Morning Stretch". I liked her a lot. If you have a chance to go to Goodwill or Salvation Army, you can find her video occasionally. I bought couple of them.

My favorite show back then was "Basic training" on Espn as well as "Body Stretch" on PBS. I liked Sherry on Basic Training. Please post if you have one of those clips. Thanks.

They still run these 1995 desert shows on espn classic, but in case people have missed them, here is part 1 of 4 from this show,(each part is about 5 minutes) and will eventually put up the rest of the shows from that week. Wish they had put her in outfits like these more often! Just abright colored top over a one piece, but really make an impression!

I think the golden age of exercise program is through 80's to early 90's. A lot of great programs were on ESPN, PBS, even on some major network as well. There is no more hard sweating muscle pumping program as it used to be for whatever the reason. The obesity is rampant at the same time. Are those related matter or what? I enjoy this thread. pandalove's right about the programming on ESPN... their entire morning line-up feature one exercise program after another until about 1 PM. There was one that featured a really hot brunette called "Basic Training". Do you have any of those?

Here is some Charlene Prickett. Charlene's outfit gives her very little support, so her breasts bounce around like crazy! Don't think it's this clip, but one time she's wearing this type of outfit she even says what great support it provides, as her breasts are bouncing like yo-yo's! 9 minutes, all I have from this show.

Here is a Laserdisc I have from the great show, Aerobicise. Early 80's, which later became the much tone downed 20 minute workout.
I first saw this on Showtime in the early 80's.(Had showtime via an antennae on our roof!) Imagine being 13-14, and seeing this on tv at 3 in the afternoon!!!! :o :shock: :D Anyway....
Don't know why laserdiscs should be worse than converting a DVD, but even 8 minute clips were too big to upload to rapidshare, unless I ran them through windows movie maker twice!(didn't think of that at first) Even 180 MB clips were having to be uploaded 3-4 times before they would truly upload. If it sounds like this is a lame attempt for some sympathy...you are correct! ;)

It is really hats off to your collections of exercise video. To be hoenst, I did not think that there has been anyone same kind of taste in sexuality as mine existed. This modern internet technology really revolutionalized the way people connect. I wish those digital technology had been existed back in the 80's. It must be better place to be right now. Thanks again for posting those. You are inducted official aerobics video collector's hall of fame.

Well I think this 2 minutes is different than the first part I put up....hard to tell sometimes with the sound down...
I use cyberlink DVD suite (Cuz it's free, came with the computer, and I figured it out) and it chops stuff into 5 minute parts. Found this about 10 minutes ahead, when I was sure there was no more from that show....
