Laurie went on to marry and divorce Robbin Crosby, the lead guitarist from the heavy metal group Ratt, who died of a heroin overdose (not AIDS as is commonly believed) in 2002. She eventually became a chiropractor.

She was the Target girl on Slaughter's Stick It to Ya and Stick It Live Covers, photographed by Glen Wexler.
