The dude's Peter North. The gal has been id'ed as Samantha Strong or Heather Torrence in the Peter North thread. Personally I think it's more likely to be Heather. Does anybody have any more info from which set/movie this might be?

P.S. Call me odd, but I think there is something strangely attractive about her chin.
