As a kid I saw a her a few times on the gameshow Tattletales with her husband Bill Macy (Maude).
They met in 1969 doing (shock of outrage!!) the original stage version of Oh! Calcutta!

Samantha did one other topless scene, in I Oughta Be In Pictures (1982), one of her last credits.
