Sorry, those scenes were faked (she did it in two movies, one with Paul Thomas, one where she's doing an IR with 2 guys), it's been discussed before, many times. In both cases the camera cuts away, you don't actually see her drinking from the same cup the guy cummed in -- the old switcheroo.
