Actually, and I may be in the minority here... but I sure as hell hope it doesn't make a comeback. As someone who massively enjoys performing cunnilingus, I'd much rather do so on someone shaved (not necessarily clean-shaved...landing strip, etc ok) so I don't get pubic hair dental floss.
