Just to add my own 2cents...

Reiterating exactly what has been already said many times over here, and post #5 had it summised lovely... (I think I might personally quote the ready basted chicken line, preiceless stuff)

As one who is known among his friends for appreciating a hairy pussy, my own take is that a shaved girl looks androgenous, and even pre-pubesant without pubic hair. It detracts from their feminity, and renders them somewhat less appealing by a good measure. But again like the majority here, that doesn't mean a full blown jungle safari is wanted or required... quite the contrary.

As I said in another thread, the underlying ideological drive is a preoccupation with cleanliness and sanitation, derived the puritanical movement that has always been very powerful in the Anglosphere nations. The hygeine movement had an enormous impact on our collective character. Cleanliness is next to Godliness, and all that. We have a social convention that to display cleanliness is to display virtue. Which is why traditionally women living in poor areas scrubbed their front steps with such fervour, to display their moral virtue to others via cleanliness. Nowadays, rather than just scrub their bottom step, they shave it. Same thing.

Now outside of porn most women I believe might shave all of it or trim it depending on the situation. I believe they will not shave if their boyfriend or husband ask her not to.

The trouble now is that, hairy pussies are regarded as niche porn now. And a lot of websites seem to think posting picture of some really average, to downright really unattractive girls as valid porn simply because they have a hairy beaver.
