Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. Reverse image search turned up the 'cap (& several others from the same scene) all identifying her as Christine Lakin. She has a thread on VEF here. I do not know from what film/TV show it comes from. Hope this is of use!
