I reckon Candy Davis' striptease in 'Minder' (posted in her own thread) would have been some show to have seen 'in the flesh'(so to speak)....so here she is on stage in a slightly more sophisticated fantasy club setting.

I saw a nice striptease a long time ago on a show called Tonight at the London Palladium which was hosted by Bruce Forsythe, and had a girl stripping while reading a peom. Being light entertainment, she only went to underwear though. Ronnie Corbett also made an appearence, but thankfully left his clothes on! Does anybody have any clips of this (the girl, not Ronnie Corbett!)

I think that in 'traditional' striptease the emphasis lies in the word "tease". The strippers tease the audience and may even leave them wanting more.

What is commonly on offer now (I'll call it 'pole dancing') has the emphasis on turnaround, getting as many girls on stage in the shortest possible time. In the short time she has, the stripper has to dance about a bit, get out of her clothes and show all her bits and pieces to each person around the stage. That would be my definition. Its all good though, I just love watching women taking their clothes off no matter what the style or location (my bedroom is a good place).

A couple clips, circa...hmm, 1990??? On Real sex, with Tempest Storm(Sadly not taking it off, but still an amazing dress) and some other ladies. Anyone know the name of the older woman with the very short hair??? I Have a clip of her on Phil Donahue's show with longer hair looking much better.
