And talking of "'wannabes", there is a half idea that the type of little minxes, who would cut their mothers throat to 'be famous' are a new phenomena .... well they ain't. Nina Quartero (born, born Gladys Quartararo) was a barely known film actress actress whose low level 'career' spanned the years 1928 - 1943. Her most famous movies were probably playing opposite "Rin Tin Tin" (The Wonder Dog) and in two movies starring John Wayne, 'Arizona', an early John Wayne movie in 1931, where she was the second string love interest (big hearted saloon gal), and 'The Man From Monterrey' in 1933. Oddly, saloon gal, was something of a speciality role, as she was a bar-girl in her final role in a career of 44 movies, in 'A Lady Takes A Chance' in 1943.

However, with a career in terminal 'going no where fast' mode in the early 1930's, she cast around for some 'cunning plan' to get her noticed by an indifferent public, and she made the sort of ill judged choice that desperate, wannabee, starlets will make .... She made up a connection with a real celebrity to garner much needed publicity from the press. In this case by claiming that she was betrothed to the 'Notre Dame All-American Quarterback', Frank Carideo, who was part of the famous 'Fighting Irish' football team from 1928 to 1930, and major star of the day.

It was an ill judged publicity stunt, because Carideo immediately responded by saying that, although he knew Quartero from when they both resided in the Mount Vernon area of New York and that he had visited her home in Beverly Hills, California, just prior to the 1930 University of Southern California game, but merely to say hello (or was it 'Howdy Doody' in those days?).

Carideo demanded a public retraction of Quartero's engagement announcement ..... red faces all round, and not a good career move

Not had many stories from modern Russia that I could really upload .... reports generally defied Google translation .... but not this one, and my what a naughty girl Aygun Azizova is a rather plump 24-year-old ex-star of a popular reality show in Russia .... she took part in Russia’s Dom-2 (House-2) TV show (which is similar to Big Brother), for several weeks in 2006. She later appeared in a late night TV show on sexual issues aired on Russia’s TNT television .... so not shy then

However, fame is a fleeting thing, and for some it fairly gallops past .... so when in December 2009, the Daily Graphic newspaper, carried a report on a sex ring in Russia that was uncovered by Ghana’s mission in Moscow, it probably comes as no surprise that Aygun Azizova was involved. Apparently she had hooked up with a Ghanaian boyfriend, one Shamsu Muhammad, and were reported to have offered a Ghanaian woman, and three Nigerian women, jobs in Moscow. But the police said the real purpose was that they planned to sell the women for 50,000 roubles, about $1,650 each, to pimps to be used in prostitution.

The reports say the couple was arrested in January 2010, when police went undercover and posed as potential buyers .... the ring unravelled and it was found that another six women had been caught up in the scheme. The report said each of the ten women had been told to pay between $35,000 and $45,000, in order to obtain their freedom to live wherever they chose in Russia .... when they couldn't, they were sold to the pimps. A further number of Africans in Russia and Ghana were arrested.

Muhammad remained in custody while Azizova was released on bail because she was pregnant. Both faced up to six years in prison if they were convicted .... sadly I don't know what happened next, although in Russia, the rule of thumb is, arrested = conviction = sentenced.

Helen Harriet Beck aka 'Billie Beck' .... was an actress, but although she started acting under the name 'Billie Beck', she is probably much better known by her other stage name of "Sally Rand", which she also used to perform under. She was born in the Ozark region (Missouri) in 1904, and her father had been a corporal in the Spanish-American War and her mother a Pennsylvania Dutch Quaker. She and left home to join a carnival as a teen where she worked her way through such roles as a cigarette girl, chorine, café dancer, artist's model and circus performer (Ringling).

She subsequently joined a repertory theater company and took acting seriously for the first time, and she started her main acting career during the 1920s, where she acted on first on stage. She then moved into silent films as a straight actress, and it was Cecil B. DeMille gave her the name 'Sally Rand'. She was notable enough as an actress to be selected as one of the WAMPAS Baby Stars in 1927. But she was one of the many girls whose film careers crashed with the advent 'talkies', when she wasn't deemed to have a voice suitable for sound movies (she had a pronounced lisp), and by 1928 her 25 movie silent career was over. She made only guest appearances in films as a dancer after that, although she continued with the occasional straight stage role e.g. as 'Sadie Thompson' in "Rain" in 1935, opposite Humphrey Bogart

But as has been remarked before on this thread, 'well a gals gotta eat' ... so on a path later tread by many others, notably Denise Darcel, she puffed her chest out, and she became a burlesque dancer at the 1933 Worlds Fair and then later at the Paramount Club.

The Chicago World's Fair in 1933 was entitled the 'Century of Progress' and the fair goers could enjoy the delights of Ms Rand, who as a former model and silent movie actress, attracted large crowds. She covered herself in talcum powder and then danced behind two large feathered fans - raising them high at the end of her packed performances ... yes she was naked! Although Rand first took to the stage at the fair in May, it wasn't until August before the Chicago police finally got around to arresting her, and insisting that she wear clothes in future performances. Rand ignored the warnings, and probably her most famous appearance at the fair was when she managed to get arrested four times in a single day because she was deemed be giving an indecent exposure while riding a white horse down the streets of Chicago, but in fact on this occasion she was wearing a flesh coloured leotard and strategically placed hair, and the 'nudity' was only an illusion (a stunt the police should have taken more note of!).

Finally she was arrested again in September and sentenced to a year in jail but the case (like so many others against her) was dismissed under appeal, and she returned to entertain when the fair reconvened in 1934. This publicity made her more attractive to male audiences than ever and she was for a period of the time, the most popular of this particular type of artiste (until Gypsy Rose Lee), and was best known for her 'Fan', and 'Bubble' dances ... She performed the fan dance on film in 'Bolero' in 1934. In 1936, she purchased 'The Music Box' burlesque hall in San Francisco, which would later become the Great American Music Hall. She starred in "Sally Rand's Nude Ranch" at the Golden Gate International Exposition in San Francisco in 1939 and 1940.

In 1946, she was on trial for 'public indecency' yet again, when her defence lawyer said the the judge ... "May I suggest, Your Honor," he said, "that we adjourn until tomorrow morning, at which time my client will perform her specialty for you? Thus instead of second-hand accounts and narrow-minded criticisms, we'll be dealing with the naked truth".

The judge agreed and at the lawyers request, gave her a court order that would release her immediately if she were arrested for the same offense again, before the trial was completed. That night, with the Savoy club crammed with both customers and policemen, she danced. The police burst in and attempted to arrest her again. but when the lights were turned up, it was revealed that she was wearing long flannel underwear and, instead of a triangular patch, a small card marked "CENSORED. S.F.P.D." But to much laughter from the audience, they still arrested her, even though she was fully clothed, but they then had to immediately let her go again when she and her lawyer presented them with the court order for immediate release, and she went on with her midnight show as usual (presumably minus the flannel pyjamas).

The next morning at the Savoy, a crowd of court and newspaper people watched her dance through her customary performance for the judge. When all returned to the courtroom, Judge Shoemaker said, "Anyone who could find something lewd about the dance as she puts it on has to have a perverted idea of morals". With that, the judge pronounced Sally Rand not guilty on all counts. She then went back to her fan dancing .... quite a gal!

She continued to appear on stage doing her fan dance into the 1970s. She also performed at the Mitchell Brothers club in San Francisco in the early 1970's, as well as touring as one of the stars of the 1972 nostalgia revue "Big Show of 1928," which played many major concert venues, including Madison Square Garden in New York .... She was arrested a few more times than she was married (at least three known 'husbands') and her final stage appearance took place in Kansas City in 1978. She died in 1979 in Glendora, California, aged 75, from undisclosed causes.

• Cecil B. DeMille gave her the name 'Sally Rand', after being inspired by a Rand McNally atlas .... hopefully not because she had been around the block a bit.
• She appeared on television in 1957, on an episode of 'To Tell the Truth'.

Ingrid Parewijck is a Belgian 'super' model who has graced the likes of Vogue, Elle and Photo magazines ...... and a very very lucky girl. She shared a fifth-floor loft in a fashionable Tribeca building with a roommate, Fabiana Lutti, and also had property in Europe but she was prepared to risk this papered existence for a gratification of an illegal kind. In 2004, when she was the featured model for the then new Guerlain fragrance L'Instant De Guerlain and she was flitting through New York's John F Kennedy airport on a busy Saturday night after arriving on an Air France flight from Paris, when she was stopped by customs officers.

The officers were carrying out a routine customs inspection of the the Belgian beauties luggage when they found one plastic package in her right front pants pocket, and two more in her brown leather handbag .... in the bags was a total of 2.7 grams of the drug cocaine. She was instantly arrested and was led off in handcuffs to spend most of the night in a dingy Queens holding cell, where she was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

"She was scared . . . petrified", said a witness to the events of Parewijck's arraignment in Queens Criminal Court the next morning. Her legal weasel pleaded that "This is not a situation . . . where this is for sale", to the judge, according the transcripts of the proceedings. "It may be just a problem she has regarding drug abuse." The Judge Laura Ward, commented that "It's pretty pathetic if it is for personal use. I've seen more than my fair share of models convicted on drug charges doing five to 15 years in jail. . . . If you put that stuff up your nose one time, that's one time too many. Do you understand that?" to which Parewijck replied with just a single "Yes".

The model, who faced up to 15 years in prison if convicted, was released without bail. However, in March 2005, she evaded any sort of custodial sentence (this is the sort of justice we often see on this thread ..... tits and a smile = leniency ) ... she was sent on a Drug Rehab course and having successfully completed the program, a court review of her attendance record confirmed that the case would be dismissed after six months, providing she managed to stay out of trouble (i.e not get caught), and she could then put the entire episode behind her by the end of the year.

"She should be quite proud of herself," assistant district attorney Randi Koch Nir told New York's Daily News. Her legal weasel confirmed that "She did a great job in her program and she's basically getting the same thing any first-time offender gets. Now, she walks the absolute straight and narrow".... yeah, right. Drug control groups weren't happy, as they said it sent out the wrong message .... but what you gonna do?

Sticking with 'supermodels' for another post ...... Sophie Anderton is an English 'supermodel' and reality television personality. She became a model at age 16 ... she rose to prominence in 1996 after appearing in the Gossard Glossies "Girl in the grass" national advertising campaign, with the strap line "Who said a woman couldn't get pleasure from something soft?". She featured in many advertising campaigns, and moved in to television and films .... Her TV parts, were as you might expect, more of the 'celebrity' and 'reality' kind, than the acting type ..... a series of 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, may well be the highlight or maybe it was the second series of ITV's 'Love Island', who can tell, certainly I can't She even had a part in the film 'Popcorn' in 2007, as a "Female Killer" .....

But it didn't take her long to go off the rails, all that money for prancing about in clothes ... she was rumoured to be on £30,000 ($42,000) per week, quickly gave her the 'no consequences' lifestyle that girls who actually don't create anything, seem to attract. Namely a lifestyle littered with parties, drug abuse and sexual indiscretions ..... the press in the UK were all over her like a nasty rash, and have always reported everything in great detail. She had the usual early series of ill advised affairs, starting at the age of 19, when she had a relationship for 4 years with a millionaire who was 17 years her senior, and who introduced her to a world of royalty, private jets, glitz and glamour. This seems to have spoilt her for anyone else, and her other relationships have all been tumultuous and comparatively short lived and ended (usually) badly.

She then also developed the usual addiction to the current 'recreational' drug of the rich and idle, 'cocaine'.... too much money, and not enough purpose in their lives. She then had a highly public affair with a English Premier League Footballer from Australia ('Soccer' for you Americans) .... he also became a drug addict, and lost all his high earning jobs ... he later claimed that much of his cocaine problem was due to his relationship with Sophie Anderton, 'for every line she had, he had to have one too'. She blamed her drug habit on the treatment for injuries sustained in a car accident ... "the amount of painkillers I was given. Every time I had a pain in my leg I got used to numbing it out".

By this time, she was a bit of a mess, and she became a prostitute to support her drug habit ... in 2004, Anderton admitted to having sex for £5,000, arranged by a brothel madam in Florence .... and despite the fact this cost her a relationship, in 2007, a tabloid newspaper conducted a sting operation, in which Anderton was secretly recorded both offering and taking cocaine, and then offered to have sex with the reporter for £10,000. This second revelation about her continued drug taking and pedaling of her body for money, caused her to lose a £100,000 pa contract with a fake tan firm, who terminated the contract the very next day, citing its 'no-tolerance' policy towards drug use (obviously the prostitution didn't matter ) ... and it didn't end there ... in return for a TV interview fee, in 2009 she publicly 'confessed' on live TV to sleeping with strangers, in order to fund her then continuing drug habit.

Needless to say she was also declared bankrupt during all of this ..... but there always seems to be wealthy men willing to take a punt on her, and in November 2008 Anderton was arrested by the Metropolitan Police outside her latest paramours west London apartment at 2:00 in the morning. She was yelling "I'll kill myself if you won't take me back" and she told the police and anyone passing by that she said she did not want to live without him. It was later reported that the couple had broken up after Anderton had flirted with a doorman from Chelsea nightclub 'Kitts'. Oops!

She then got the 'stalker' experience when a man was charged with harassment without violence, after Anderton complained to police about dozens of text messages left on her mobile phone ... it wasn't clear as to how he got her number in the first place Her final flurry of bad publicity was in 2009, when a tabloid newspaper ran a story and associated video evidence, showing Anderton in a nightclub in London, snorting a white powder substance from the desk of the club's office, and then it was reported that Anderton made a drunken scene in London Waterloo railway station ... Police were called into action, and arrested Anderton for being drunk and disorderly. She was taken to a police station where she was kept in custody until she had sobered up and was fined £80 ($128).

Apparently she'd arrived at Waterloo station only to discover Eurostar services had began departing from King's Cross St Pancras two years earlier. She had been on an all-day drinking session that was sparked by a complimentary glass of champagne at a beauty spa ... ultimately deciding to jump on a Eurostar train to Paris for a spontaneous getaway. Oblivious to the station location, nor that there had been a blizzard and that public transport was all but cancelled. A source said: 'Unsurprisingly, she couldn't find the train. She started yelling things like "don't you know who I am?" and shoving people out of the way' ..... ah junkies and minor celebs, who can tell the difference?

I have no idea what she's up to now, one hopes that she has dried up and is working hard ..... but recent reports suggest otherwise .....

Ah well, lets move away from the 'Models' for a bit .... Carolina “La Belle” Otéro (Born Agustina Otéro Iglesias) was a Spanish born dancer, and actress amongst other things ... like many here, her initial early days were very hard, with her family impoverished. She first found how hard the world could be when she was said to have been raped (and incidentally left sterile) while only 10 yr old .... she also started work as a child, when she moved to Santiago de Compostela working as a maid (effectively a child slave).

However, also like many of the girls here, she showed a bit of backbone can get you a long way, and at age fourteen, she ran away from life 'in service' with her boyfriend and dancing partner, Paco, and began working as a singer/dancer in Lisbon. It was shortly after this, whilst still 14, that she met and married her first husband, an Italian nobleman, Count Guglielmo. Paco had been dumped not long after she met the count. Her life with the count apparently didn't last long, and by 1888 she had found a new male 'sponsor' in Barcelona, who moved with her to Marseilles in order to promote her dancing career in France. Like Paco before him, she soon left him and this is when she took up the life role of 'La Belle Otéro', fancying herself as an Andalusian gypsy .... she was to retain this self-styled role for the rest of her life, but initially she wound up as the star of Les Folies Bèrgere productions in Paris.

She had also discovered that she was sterile, and oddly this sad fact opened up a lifestyle which was to make her very rich .... and within a short number of years, Otéro grew to be one of the most sought after woman in all of Europe. She was now a courtesan to some of the most wealthy and powerful men of the day. Her list of lovers included 'Prince Albert I of Monaco', 'King Edward VII of Great Britain', and the 'Kings of Serbia, and Spain', as well as 'Russian Grand Dukes Peter and Nicholas', the 'Duke of Westminster' and writer 'Gabriele D'Annunzio'. Her love affairs made her infamous, and the wealth and gifts these men lavished on her, made her rich and famous.

Such was the fame, that popular legend at the time said that six men had committed suicide after their love affairs with Otéro ended, and although this was never substantiated, it was a fact that two men did fight a duel over her. In August 1898, in St-Petersburg, the French film operator Félix Mesguich (an employee of the Lumière company) shot a one-minute reel of Otéro performing the famous "Valse Brillante", making her possibly the first movie star in history. The screening of the film at the Aquarium music-hall provoked such a scandal (because an officer of the Tsar's army appeared in this frivolous scene), that the filmmaker, Mesguich, was expelled from Russia.

Otéro retired after World War I, purchasing a mansion and property at a cost of the equivalent of US $15 million. She had accumulated a massive fortune over the years, about US $25 million in today's terms, but she gambled much of it away over the remainder of her lifetime, enjoying a lavish lifestyle, and visiting the casinos of Monte Carlo often. She lived out the remainder of her life in a more and more pronounced state of poverty until she died of a heart attack in 1965 in her one-room apartment at the Hotel Novelty in Nice, France. As a neighbor said of Otéro's last days, "She was constantly talking about her past, and I was not listening any more. It was always the same: feasts, princes, champagne".

Stephanie Adams is an American spirituality authoress and former model ... She claims she has a mixed heritage of 'African American, Caucasian, and Native American (Cherokee)' ancestry .. ??? .... she's a black American. Perhaps unsurprisingly with that background, her father was ...somewhere else, and her mother didn't bring her up, and she was raised by her aunts, who were both former models and encouraged her to begin modeling at the age of 16.

She swiftly moved from appearing in photo shoots for 'Seventeen' magazine, Venus Swimwear, and advertisements for Clairol, to being a nude "Miss November 1992" in Pl*yboy ... but kept up her 'schooling' while doing all this, and got a degree . She then moved to the care of 'Elite Model Management' (who have several other 'Alumni' here on this thread ). Later, she was named the best model for Pl*yboy in the USA (1992), Japan (1992), Hungary (1993), Spain (1993), Brazil (1997), Italy (2000). As you might expect, a certain amount of controversy was never far away, and she was the first Pl*yboy centerfold to become a lesbian spokes-model and her photo shoot with another model 'as lesbians' was the first such photo shoot in the magazine ..... however rather oddly, she is apparently not a lesbian anymore, and doesn't identify herself publicly as one any longer

In 2006 she got into an altercation with a NYC taxi driver over the route he was following, and where to drop her off. The driver said that she was clearly 'not herself' and was very agitated after he ignored her directions from the back of the cab. He then alleged that she exploded with fury, and started screaming at him, and then, when she pulled out a gun and began to wave it under his nose, he called 911. She says that she also called 911 but the plainclothes police officers who arrived at the scene, surrounded Adams on the street with guns drawn, grabbed her purse and pushed her to the ground, she said. When they searched her bag and realized she was unarmed after all, they let her go without an apology. The next day, she gave a press interview with her legal eagle to describe her version of the events. "It was a nightmare" about sums it up.

In the following September of 2006, she filed a $5 million dollar lawsuit against a NYC taxicab driver, the NYPD, and the city of New York, following the incident in the May of that year .... it cost the taxi driver his licence, and he was fined $2,700. She also made a complaint and filed a lawsuit accusing the police of assault .... "It was not necessary for them to throw her down to the ground," commented her lawyer ($5 Million for that?) ... well apparently she "suffered great pain, distress, mental shock, mental anguish and psychological trauma" .... Oh that's OK then .... its not clear if she made $5m or not ...

She now looks after one of her aunts after a legal custody battle that took over a year and during which she filed a complaint against the Superior Court Judge in charge of the case with the state Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, for his conduct of proceedings. She is married to a doctor ... and publishes her own books through her own publishing company. The books are metaphysical books, astrology calendars, and tarot cards, primarily entitled Goddessy ... apparently she is very wealthy as a result of sales of these products.

Brandi Glanville is a model and make-up artist, who was formerly married to Northern Lights actor Eddie Cibrian (he's now squeezing his new love and Northern Lights co-star, LeAnn Rimes, a girl who has featured here already). This state off affairs kicked off events such as Glanville allegedly slashing Cibrian's car tyres, and a war of words, with Glanville claiming amongst other things that “I just felt like she wanted my man." Adding that it wasn't the first time Eddie had strayed, alleging he was seeing someone else throughout her second pregnancy. “I was pregnant. I was having a really hard time with one baby, so to have…Eddie really wanted me to get pregnant again and so to have him pushing for that and so to find out that whole time…that just made me sick".

In response to all these attacks, Rimes recently had her lawyer send Brandi a cease-and-desist letter, charging slander, though it didn't seem to have had much impact. “It’s not what’s best for my children, to have the girlfriend and the father suing the mother of my children," said Brandi. "Its just not conducive to the kids” ... this referring to Glanville as a 'role' rather than by name was obviously infectious because Cibrian is quoted as saying ... “I hope for the sake of our children we can all move forward and heal privately. I wish their mother nothing but the best.”

Glanville has not had a good 12 months, on top of losing her husband to Rimes, well, she was also arrested for a Drunk Under the Influence (DUI) in October 2010. She was released on $5,000 bail in Beverly Hills, after she was pulled over for an unknown traffic violation on Sunset Blvd. However reports indicated that law enforcement officers said that they detected the smell of alcohol on Glanville. She was given a field sobriety test and was then arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

"She was driving on Sunset and was stopped by police," a police spokesperson said, "She failed her sobriety test and was arrested". After posting bail, she left the Beverly Hills police station. Gossip websites in the US, such as Hollyscoop.com took the chance to blame LeAnn Rimes, not for the DUI itself, but for giving the woman a reason to drink. ...... Cibrian and Rimes married this year .... but all reports suggest that the feud hasn't ended.

In a final celebration of this thread reaching 1 million views, (which occurred overnight), I am posting a "One in a Million " special post (in three parts ... too big) .... I give you the Girls of 'Bunga Bunga' ....... Now I have already posted on three of Berlusconi's babes, 'Ruby the Heartbreaker', 'Alessandra Sorcinelli', and 'Barbara Guerra', and I had considered posting more .... but the real truth is, that many of the girls wouldn't qualify for entries as they are in fact 'Professional Escorts', and or, have no 'minor celeb' status, outside of being attendees of the now infamous 'Bunga Bunga' parties at the billionaires 'Arcore' estate.

It doesn't help that most of the comment threads are in Italian, and the google translations make them very confusing. They also are often virtually entirely bereft of serious biographical notes (it seems that the press, being mostly owned by Berlusconi, aren't very interested in the ladies themselves, but merely in their goings on with the PM), this meant there just wasn't enough material to make anything more than a picture post for most 'em .... ain't my style.

So the solution is to jam 'em, 'Bunga Bunga' style, in to one large post, and thus clear the subject. I haven't named everyone, and frankly the press speculation is febrile, and includes ladies who merely work with him, or who he has promoted, or even just met .... So lets stick to just those ladies associated with, and alleged to have participated in, the famous dinner parties at 'Arcore', when 'Ruby the Heartbreaker' was attending

Miriam Loddo:

Miriam participated in the famous dinner at Arcore, when 'Bunga Bunga' first entered the vocabulary ... but now says that she then moved away from the circle of friends with whom she had attended that kind of party. "I was traumatized by 'Rubygate' and for the shame I've locked myself inside the house". Now 27 years old and with a 4 year old son, the accusations of taking part in the 'sordid and compromising activities' just to get ahead still irk her. "I have a conscience. Berlusconi is not never gave me anything. Indeed, it is thanks to him that I started studying again. And 'he urged me' me to do so".





Roberta Bonasia:

She is supposed to be the 'official' girlfriend of Silvio Berlusconi. He claimed after his wife left him over the 'Bunga Bunga' affair, that he was in a “stable relationship” with someone. This statement set off most of the Italian media in search of the 'mysterious mistress', and this former 'Miss Italia' competitor from the Turin area, is the considered by most of them to be the most probable candidate .... but nothing is guaranteed in this case




Evelina Manna:

Evelina Manna is an actress, whose casting in a particular TV series was strongly supported by Silvio Berlusconi. In on June 2007 he suggested to a RAI Drama Dept. director, in one of the now famous phone call intercepts that he would like her cast as a favour. It was an 'exchange of favours', since the director, Agostino Saccà, was seeking the political support of Berlusconi for another project.




Francesca Cipriani:

Francesca Cipriani is one of the girls who has admitted she was in 'Arcore' on one the infamous nights ... the busty former 'Big Brother' participant, allegedly sent a text to a girlfriend saying “Everything's OK. He gave me a golden bracelet, and every girl received €2,000 ...”.





Patrizia D'Addario:

Patrizia D'Addario is decribed as a former 'Professional Escort' in many Italian commentaries. However that's no hindrance to political success in Italy these days, and Miss D'Addario eventually ended up running for the position as a municipal councillor, for a political party allied to Mr Berlusconi's People of Freedom (PDL) party in her home town of Bari .... really!




Michela Vittoria Brambilla:

Michela Vittoria Brambilla (my personal favourite of the girls ....) is now a politician, but is another 'former' participant to the Miss Italia pageant (and as we have seen, not the only one entering the political world with Forza Italia, and its 'allies'). She helped Silvio Berlusconi in the launching is 'Freedom TV' channel. She's now the Italian Minister of Tourism .... really!



Nicole Minetti:

Nicole Minetti is Silvio Berlusconi's favourite 'Dental Hygienist', (at least I hope thats what 'oral specialist' really meant in the translation service!) this little showgirl obtained the support from a Mr Formigoni who is president of Lombardy region od Italy, in order to become regional councillor in 2010. 0h, and as a hobby, she allegedly organised "Bunga-Bunga" evenings for the Italian Prime Minister




Chiara Danese:

Chiara Danese, aged 18, attended a dinner at Arcore, invited by Emilio Fede (Berlusconi's right hand man). There is no evidence on record that she stayed in the house at night with the Premier ... She said she asked to leave and was told that "If you want to leave that's fine, but don't think you're going to get to be a weather girl or take part in Miss Italy now" ... anyone for a Danish?



Sara Tommasi:

Sara Tommasi is a show girl and actress. The sort of actress who goes out with footballers e.g. 'Ronaldinho'. She has no illusions about herself, and her role in life. In an interview she declared "At the very beginning I didn't like the idea of undressing, then I changed my mind. My breasts? I have been under the knife. I'm a product to be sold on the showbiz market." Its alleged that she took part in the 'Arcore' parties.





Nadia Macrì:

Nadia Macrì is another alleged 'Escort', and one of the few girls who has publicly claimed that she had sex with Berlusconi. She also said that she saw Berlusconi having sex with other women in a Jacuzzi. As she's a 'professional escort', she has done rather well out of the publicity and has been seen in several clubs all around Italy. In the minutes of her interviews she is recorded as saying: "Berlusconi asked me: 'What do you doing for a living?' ". I told him: "President [sic], what I do is turn tricks. Then he brought out the other girl and I said,"You don't have to tell me what to do". She claims to have had sex with the randy Berlusconi twice at his homes. She says she was paid €5,000 each time, as well as being given jewels.
