I may have posted this before, but to me anyone can feel they are "woke" if they believe they see the world how it is and what it's problems are and how to fix them.
Consequently, Lefties, Righties and Religionites (no such word but it sounds good) etc. can all be "woke", but what those who are outside those groups think of what those inside those groups think of as "woke" will be different to each other.

What about people like me?? I can't stand the people that incessantly hammer the sections they don't like with pics, graphs and polls of unknown veracity, judicious editing of some posts to reflect not the truth but their own version of how things should be ITO. I have had to check the POL threads and have seen what I am typing about and ALL sides are just focused on their version of what is right. It appears all sides want total capitulation of what ever side they are against.
While compromise isn't the best solution to all the woes it might be a start to repairing some of the friggin' crap that is wrong because there is no way it will be done all at once;
