Default Picture Enhancer/Upscale

This may not be the place for this type of request but I've been having a hard time with Canva trying to upscale this particular picture of Karen. I've noticed that if you turn the pic to the right it kinda looks like the Jordan logo.

Can someone help me out with smoothing this, fixing the resolution, etc. Any of the free AI upscalers aren't doing the job and making it strange and either too feathered or pixelated.

I'll have a go, but it'll have to be later as I can only do it with my other browser.

I appreciate it but looking for the entire body to be smoothed out, not just face. But thanks!

I've had a go. It looks over-smoothed when at screen size, but once you've downloaded it and click on "actual size" in windows and then get it back down to scree size you'll get a better idea of it.

I went for "believable photo grain", although in a couple of places it seems a bit too grainy and in a couple of others a bit too smooth. Hopefully, if it isn't quite right for you, then it may be a good enough starting point for you.
