I've seen Kristen Johnston only in the US late 90s sitcom "Third Rock From The Sun" where she played Sally Solomon. I'm a poor sleeper like many here at VEF and I've been watching early morning re-runs of the show on the UK's C4. It's reminded me of how much I fancied her when the show was first broadcast.

For those who haven't seen the programme, Sally is one of a team of four monosexual aliens sent to Earth to experience and observe human society. Sally has the role of observing and experiencing life here as a sexy but still virgin young woman which jars with her/its training as a security officer on her home world so she veers between being girly and aggressive.

I know why I found and find her attractive - she's 6 foot tall and long-limbed and being 6ft 5in myself women who are tall enough for me are rare. And she gives a superficial initial impression of being a conventionally good-looking blonde. And she's clearly a skilled comic actress.

I can tell you why I shouldn't find her attractive - on close inspection she has a very heavy brow-ridge that tends her face too much to the masculine, a wide almost frog-mouth and a rather too splay-nostrilled nose. All together these give her more than a touch of Bat-Face.

It still doesn't stop me imagining those long legs wrapped around my hips though.

I must confess to rather fancying French fascist (allegedly) leader Marine Le Pen. Really hot, even if her politics are not to everyone's taste.
