I checked and I didn't find the clip posted by steve9049 in my collection. I did a little search online, though, and came across a clip that might very well be it. There was no working thumbnail on the original post, so I'm just going by the info on the website where I found it. Bit of a long shot here but long shots have been scored on this forum. There was a scene on Auntie's Bloomers many years ago. It was a bbc outtake show. A reporter is standing outside a building doing a take when the camera pans to his side to reveal a passing girl (early 20s) has pulled her skirt up and is partially mooning him. She has blue full cut panties on. She then giggles and walks away.
