As to the scene choices asked for I cannot recall it myself and the topless review site doesn't mention it in its description of the Anthony Sher Isla Blair scene. But this mini series is in four parts, at this time I only have parts 1 and 2 and the scene might be in another episode.
A DVD of the series is currently available from the usual sources.

Edit: I have just noticed over on Isla's thread that back in 2008 nudgenudge posted a clip that looks like the scene you are looking for. Unfortunately I didn't download it, but I notice that moon raker did and he is usually very accommodating in re-posting dead clips.

I was looking to see where best to post my query, and found some possibly relevant posts.

I recall something similar. There was a BBC programme called 'Show of the Week', hosted by Keith Michell (classical Australian actor, played Henry VIII on telly), transmitted on 15 June 1972, link to imdb follows:

In one of the acts in this show, Peter Gilmore sang just one song in the bath, during which time the camera panned out, revealing two attractive females on either side of him, wearing diaphanous gowns, somewhat reminiscent of nightdresses. By the end of the song, the two women had removed even these diaphanous gowns, leaving themselves completely naked.

From the imdb listing, I wonder if Angela Richards was one of the lovely women. Incidentally, I think that Peter Gilmore did have a rather good singing voice. But that is not the main reason that I remember the show.

I would very much doubt that anyone would have a clip of this show. And even if the BBC recorded the show originally, it would have been the kind of film/tape that they would almost certainly not have kept in their archive.

But it would be nice to know if anyone else remembers seeing this show.

I actually remember seeing the Peter Gilmore clip when originally broadcast and remember that it originally came from an Austrian programme. A check of the Radio Times genome found this:
