I would love to know more about Nicola Taylor and Marie Graham. From what I read in Spick & Span, they were Hampshire girls back in the 70s. I just totally loved them and really looked forward to their next photo assignment in the days when Spick & Spans were being published. Oh those halcyon days ! I wonder where the two girls are now and, if they are aware of their male following upto the present day. Oh I would love to see them now and I'm sure they will still be very nice. Nick

They lived in Bournmouth, and the photos were taken by a guy calld Ken Howard who also photographd Laura St John and quite a few others in the 1970's S & S. I think most of them used aliases. And like you, Nick, I'd be very interested in seeing them now and learning what they're up to! They'll be in their early 60's by now.

Thanks for that information Medium 2. Of all the girls featured in S&S Marie and Nicola were my favourites, along with Laura St. John and Eve Law. They seemed just a little older than me (which was exciting) and I remember at the time thinking of them as very much the girl next door types. I collected S&S from 1970 until publication ceased in 1976 and I think that covered the entire modelling period of both girls. I don't think Nicola ever did topless work but Marie did, I think, during solo modelling assignments which were featured in the last issues of S&S. Oh how I envy Ken Howard ! He had the best job in the world ! Nick

I think you're right about Nicola not doing any topless stuff. I don't recall seeing either of them (or Laura) anywhere apart from S & S. Anybody know different?

I think I have some topless pictures of Marie somewhere in my files. Will have a search - she was very pert ! All the pictures are from S&S and I never saw either girl in any other publication (and I looked very thoroughly). Incidentally Medium 2, I meant 'young women next door types' rather than 'girl next door' in my last posting. For me that made their posing even more exciting, if you know what I mean? How I would love to meet Ken Howard and talk about the "good old days" !! From about the same era there were two other girls who did similar posing. Can you recall, Ingrid Norseman (could never be a made up name) and Lowra Bruni? I suspect Ken Howard was the photographer as there are pictures where both pairs of girls are sitting on a rug. In both cases, it's the same rug. Nick

unfortunately no,though i remember seeing at least one example from the magazine, at the time.very rare though.

You're right about the pictures being rare hydon. I was a devotee during the last six years of S&S and never saw Nicola topless.

Has anyone out there got copies of Nicola topless? Has anyone out there got any piccies of Ingrid and Lowra, as mentioned in my earlier postings?

Don't want to put a downer on it, But I would say 99.99999% that she never posed topless in Spic or Span or Beautiful Britains. And I would consider myself an expert in those days. But we can always live in hope
