Follow Up:

LEVIS, Que. - The 14-year-old boy who outed a clerical worker at his school who was moonlighting as a porn star has been suspended and claims his school administration threatened to press criminal charges against him.

QMI Agency has also learned that the boy's mother, who teaches at another school, has been suspended with pay for two days.

The 14-year-old learned the clerical worker's secret when he saw one of her movies. He asked her for an autograph and she refused. The boy then created a Facebook page under her name and uploaded a racy profile picture of the woman in her underwear.

The boy was suspended on Thursday.

"They suspended me for an undetermined period and threatened to press criminal charges against me if I don't take down (the) Facebook page within five days," he said.

But the boy said that he can't close the page because he created it under another name and can no longer access the administration section.

The spokesperson for the boy's school board said that they never threatened any legal action.

"Yes, he was suspended and we will have a meeting with him and his father on Monday," said Louise Boisvert. "But the school never threatened expulsion or to press charges against him."

However a memo, signed by the assistant director of the third grade, sent to the boy Thursday demands he find a solution to the problem or risk "being transferred to another school in the school board."

"This is an attack on my reputation; it's downright identity theft and I never game my consent to have this Facebook page created on my behalf," said the clerical worker who goes by the stage name Samantha Ardente.

The clerical worker was suspended immediately after she was outed, according to QMI Agency's source.

QMI was also told that the woman could be transferred to the school board's head office, but the teacher's union couldn't confirm that.

A Canadian high school student has been suspended from classes after confronting a school secretary about her extracurricular work as a porn star.

A 14-year-old student at Etchemins Secondary School in Levis, Quebec, has been disciplined after asking the office worker and adult film star for her autograph.

The clerical worker -- who acted under the name Samantha Ardente -- refused to give the student an autograph and reportedly urged him to keep quiet about her roles in films like "Serial Abusers 2," The Toronto Star reports.

But the student did the opposite, reportedly creating a Facebook page under the woman's porn name.

Google cache version shows Samantha Ardente Facebook fan page from March 26.

The secretary has reportedly been suspended without pay while officials determine her future at the school, according to The Toronto Sun.

"It's a first in our history," school board spokeswoman Louise Boisvert said. "Even if she didn't work directly with the students, we have to evaluate the impact that this story will have on her, on the students and on the staff."

The clerical worker wasn't the only person who got suspended from the school, which is located just outside Quebec City. The student was suspended Thursday, and administrators reportedly plan to meet with him and his parents today.

Despite other reports, school officials insist "the school never threatened expulsion or to press charges against him."

This isn't the first time a school employee has taken heat for starring in risque movies.

Earlier this month, a Missouri teacher resigned after a student discovered she had acted in adult films in the 1990s. The same teacher was forced to leave a previous job in 2006 when her past in porn first came to light.

P.S. Again I thought once on the internet they were there for life, but her movie and most of her pics were taken down.

He's a little prick. A lying little prick. Just another tiny-penised douchebag trying to feel empowered, and ruining someone's life in the process.

She didn't WANT to be a porn star any more. She should have been allowed to get on with her life. Now it will take several years, probably a move to another state, and a change of careers, to undo the damage.

I can see how a high-profile company like a sports team wouldn't want an ex-porn star working for them, same goes porn star turned teacher. I may not always agree with it, but I can understand it. But a former PB model getting fired at her bank teller job? Come on, that's ridiculous. Are none of these women ever allowed to have normal lives after posing for PB or doing anything even mildly risque?

That's the real problem. People talk about "maintaining standards" and "keeping sex out of the workplace", which is all well and good, but in the end every single company and organization thinks it has a right to judge their employees not only based on what they do in their off time, but also anything that they did in the past.

Any time anyone gets fired for posing nude, or doing porn, or being seen in a bikini (for God's sake), it should result in a lawsuit. Not all of the suits will be justifiable, and not all of the ladies who sue will win. But it will make company execs think twice about just when they should get involved, and when they should mind their own damned business.

The past is the past. These women didn't do anything that harmed anyone. They shouldn't be branded for life.

Isabelle Chaudieu was elected Miss France, but when they found out she had posed in the nude, she was stripped of her title.

I find this one a little odd:

Quote:
A Floridian biology teacher fired after posing for racy pictures has landed a new career – in pornography. Tiffany Shepherd, 31, made headlines in April after bikini-clad pictures of her on a fishing charter got her canned from Port St. Lucie High School. She turned to doing porn, she told a Florida news outlet, after losing custody of two of her three kids to her ex-husband and sending out 2,500 resumes – some even to prisons – without landing a new teaching job.
First of all; women almost never lose custody of their kids without an iron-clad reason (bikini shots and unemployment aren't it). So that raises a red flag with me.

And this...

Quote:
"I'm an educated woman, but I never thought it would come to this. No one gets brought up thinking they'll be a floozy."
She's an educated woman who prior to looking for work with children got some massive fake boobs and large tattoos? Again, something isn't gelling.

(aside: Having a qualification doesn't really make you educated. Too many people want the piece of paper that proves they're smart - without actually having learned anything.)

Quote:
He's a little prick. A lying little prick. Just another tiny-penised douchebag trying to feel empowered, and ruining someone's life in the process.
You're right. But the genital reference is both an assertion - since you don't know his dick size - and wrong, since douche-bags can have large penises. It's the kind of thing a woman would say. As for trying to feel 'empowered', again - that's the language of women.

It just isn't that simple. If a male employee said to her - "Hey, I looked at your spread last night - you have fantastic breasts and vagina" - under normal circumstances she could have him fired. But since she sold the rights for men to use her images as a masturbatory aid, it becomes very muddy. If it's so inconsequential as to not have any bearing on employers, then it's inconsequential enough to not mean anything when brought up in conversation. I've worked with someone that used to be a child actress, and while she didn't really like to be reminded of it, people were bringing it up to her constantly. My point is: You can't escape your past, especially if your past was in the 'entertainment' arena, because it became public property.

I agree, they've hurt no-one. But they aren't being 'branded' so much as finding that their past doesn't necessarily sit well with corporate structures. They are - ironically enough - becoming victims of laws which exist to protect women. Sexual harassment laws are thumbscrew tight, and universally there for women (almost never men). When a woman sells the rights for men to look at her naked body for sexual purposes, she becomes a walking anathema to those draconian laws.

Those "fishing charters" are just a convenient form of escort trade. the guy signs up and picks his girl to bring him his drinks, then while out there they might negotiate some extras. I wish I was rich...

I thought the French were more open to nudity and less prudes than here in the States?
An ironic follow up to this story is that after they stripped her of the crown the runner up, Carole Tredille was also disqualified after entering into the porn business. Didn't she learn her lesson from Isabelle? They take away her title because of the naked pictures and give it to a future porn star.
Carole Tredille then lost her title too and they gave it to the third place contestant.

You gonna be okay there? Have a problem with the word "colloquialism"? Just in a sh***y mood?

And anyone who feels powerless might go to the wrong lengths to feel empowered. "Language of women" has nothing to do with it.

And if you can't talk about this politely, Mr. "Kind of thing a woman would say", we'll just end this conversation right here.

That would explain a lot. Getting fired for just bikini pics sounds lame by itself. Plus, as a poster stated above, in the States:
"women almost never lose custody of their kids without an iron-clad reason (bikini shots and unemployment aren't it). She's an educated woman who prior to looking for work with children got some massive fake boobs and large tattoos? Again, something isn't gelling."

I just found this article and booking photo so combined with your tidbit, it can be surmised that she had more problems that we know.

Friday, Feb. 19, 2010 Palm Beach Post
Former St. Lucie County school teacher Tiffany Shepherd's most recent photo doesn't come from the pages of a racy magazine, but from the Okeechobee Sheriff's Office booking blotter.
The photo was taken Wednesday when authorities there arrested her on charges of perjury, making a false police report, according to jail records.
She was released on $1,500 bond, those records report. Further details about the charges were not immediately available.
Shepherd, 32, was fired from her job teaching at Port St. Lucie High School in 2008. But she became known as the "bikini teacher" for her part-time work with 'Smokin Em' Charters. The outfit offers fishing excursions accompanied by topless and bikini clad women shipmates.
