Just to add my $.02

1) I think a lot of these women didn't care about the jobs they were fired from -- that's not a judgment of their professionalism, I think they had made the choice in advance to sacrifice one job for the sake of another posing nude. I find that incredibly hot (probably the point of this thread, too)

2) I agree that it victim-blames a woman who has posed nude if her employer fires her because they pre-emptively believe that will create a sex harassment liability. The response in that situation is to remind everyone that no matter what you know about someone's personal life it does not give you any right to harass or pursue them at work.

3) The women in police and the military, while the same should apply, I realize this creates an unwanted problem for their commanding officers (i.e. the press coming to them and writing stories about their unit that get that CO in trouble with their CO) so perhaps it is better to just part ways there.

4) Any job where the woman posing nude deals primarily with minor children (i.e. school children) is a hard stop. Sorry, they should know better, and that is going to make most any parent uncomfortable.

5) After that, if the woman in question is a cheerleader, beauty queen, professional or college cheerleading coach, pitgirl, spokesmodel, not only do I think they should still keep their non-nude civilian role they should be encouraged to pose nude and do porn because they are SUPER hot and I want to see that.

These are a lot of shifting double and triple standards but, in a perfect world, it's how it would go

Oh, and to be clear, no one should ever be fired for revenge porn, or for someone releasing nudes/pictures/videos that were clearly intended to be private ... let's all be mature adults and realize that folks do, write, show X-rated things of themselves and it's meant to be done either privately or anonymously, and someone else taking advantage of that is the problem, not the model.
