She was not a Toco model. French or French Canadian, swinger whose pictures have been posted on this forum. Photos were taken by her husband, I think. I'll see can I find her name - it escapes me right now. Maybe someone else will get there quicker.

She goes by the name "Abbi". Quite widely published over the years - a bit naughty from
time to time but quite acceptable if you like suspenders and stockings. I thought she originated in Wales but I couldn't swear to it.

That lovely lady is the Knicker Goddess Abi. Originally from Wales in the U.K. but now lives in the USA. If you to the Vintage Stockings site there is a whole section of beautiful pictures of her.
