I have an offline reference source which shows an additional credit for this episode not shown on any online source (IMDB, BFI, BBC Genome)

The additional name shown is Val Penny whose name appears directly after Tom McCabe which might be significant since they are a couple in the episode.

Val Penny's previous roles all involve nudity (Schlacken The Painter, What's Up Nurse, etc) so it's the kind of thing she might have been hired for.

In the same year as this Shoestring episode, Val Penny was in Schlacken The Painter although she is wearing a wig for that. The line of her mouth seems quite similar with the way it turns down at the edges although that's perhaps not a particularly unique feature.
