I think 5'3" is a good cut-off point. In addition to the aforementioned Nikki Charm, Patti Petite, Gauge, Loni Sanders, Nikki Dial, the Monroe Sisters and others, you can include Laura Sands @ 4"11", April May @ 5'2" and Barbara Alton @ 5' even. And in the OS Models category, Mae Victoria is also 5' tall.

Thanks for raising the question. Many of my all time favourites are petite women. Please keep the suggestions coming, I'll be listening...

I've listed some more by country with roughly the most petite ones first in each country down to slightly shorter than average. You'll find them in other posts here or egafd/bgafd.

Maybe this is one reason I like old French movies - they don't have the fixation with tall skinny actresses that you see in modern American porn.

What is your frame of reference? Moose, Segaud and Lahaie often towered over their male partners (especially the likes of Alban Ceray). I would guess each of those ladies was 5'7'' or 5'8'', whereas I would define as "petite" a woman who was 5' to maybe 5'3".

No one seems to have had any objection to setting 5 feet, 3 inches as the upper bound for ladies cited in this thread, and I recently noticed that Ginger Lynn is 5' 3", so she can be added to the honor roll.

Shortly before that, I was checking on Barbara Dare in IAFD, and saw that they give her height as 5' 2", so she, too, is eligible.

IAFD is also my source for Ginger Lynn's diminutive stature. I would have thought that both ladies are taller than that. Who said "Pictures don't lie" anyway? Of course, that was before Photoshop. . . .

Not sure of their exact heights but Mason Storm and Tammi Ann would seem to fit the bill. They may be short but they boss the guys!
