As a lover of History, i have allways respected/admired the idea that was America. A land for the poor, that morphed in to a nation. You have to admit its an amazing thing, from a few hundred colonies on the edge of a vast wildnerness to a super power in 200 odd years. But the idea of a land for all, opportunity for all has long diead If youre rich in America you are pampered and protected. A small minority, dont forget that those at the bottom have a really miserable/ rotten time. Those people are slowly reallising America is not what the Declaration of Independance and the Founding Fathers dreamed of.
