Default The "C" word in porn and in life...

It seems the word "cunt" was used much more back in the classic days of porn than it is now. It's almost such a taboo word now (in the US, it may differ in other countries), it's almost up there with the "n" word or other racial slurs in terms of indignation and hatred from people.

Personally, I find it very hot when a woman, who is otherwise very demure, uses it..such as "fuck my cunt". But it takes on a whole different meaning when you call a woman a "cunt". But many don't see the distinction and wholesale hate the word no matter what.

For me, calling a vagina a "cunt" is hot. Calling a woman one is the quickest way to get punched or kicked in the balls.....if you're into that sort of thing.

Your thoughts?

I think the word pussy is used a lot more now days. I think they got away from the word cunt because it normally was taken in a negative way.

...refer to their own lovely organ as a 'pussy', and they happen to be either American or European. Personally, I can't recall any of them calling it a 'cunt'.

For all of them, 'pussy' was also a term of endearment for their vagina.

I remember a girlfriend who used to quickly dress up after fucking, and deliberately not wash up, and/or deliberately not wear panties, too. This was always with a skirt or a dress, and she always made a point of being exquisitely dressed up.

When we'd get back home, after a night out, she would be hornier than ever, because to her, there was nothing wilder than appearing nicely attired in public, while sharing her secret with me, that her pussy was already full of my cum, soaked up to the gills, one could say, and yet she was acting respectably. It was always a good idea to try to find time to rest between bedroom sessions with her. Thankfully, she was physically healthy, and fastidious in her hygeine habits, too. Her mental health, well, that's another story.

Women like that are worth their weight in gold.

Some friends of mine prefer to say "The Ocean word" rather than say "the c-word"!
I said "what are you talking about ?"

They explained....Ocean is to..."sea"....sounds like the letter "c"...

I adore the word cunt and never use it as a curse-word or a put-down. Such an ancient word; for me it connotes warmth, subtle power and sweet mystery.

In the English language cunt did not become an "obscene" word until after the 1200s. We have to ask why this perfectly good word, which had been openly used for centuries, was made into a "bad" word at that time. Was there some agenda at play?

Agreed. Both Cunt and Fuck are not slang at all, perfectly sound words for what they denote, going back to Anglo-Saxon.

Yes! Copy that. My feeling is that it's an absolutely beautiful word, and I virtually always use it in place of the word 'pussy', which to me always sounded like a word for five-year-olds. To me the word 'cunt' is exciting and erotic and most desirable, which is probably why it's so taboo here in the States, where we seem to regularly quash anything good. I find it just incredibly bizarre that this word is so prohibited (even in hardcore porno you rarely hear it uttered). Like George Carlin said: "Words, in and of themselves, are not obscene or harmful. Rather, it's the context in which they are used."
Thankfully, my fiancee is filipina, and still resides in Manila. So of course she is not aware of the social stigma that the word carries here in the States. Naturally, I have her conditioned to use it without exception whenever she refers to her womanhood. (Very exciting for me.)

We know that the word goes back thousands of years. It derives from the Old English "konnen," meaning "to know," and therefore means "that which is known." (If you think of sex as being carnal knowledge, you can understand the relationship of knowing to sex.) Up until about 1400, it was a perfectly legitimate word. Chaucer used it in the Canterbury Tales. It is recorded as having been used in the Middle Ages even in a medical context. It is etymologically related to hundreds of English words that refer to "essential femininity" (kin, kind, etc.) and thousands of foreign such words (cushi, canyon, etc.). When the Oxford English Dictionary (the only dictionary in the world to contain ALL English words) was constructed from 1857 to 1928, 'cunt' was the only word omitted. In 1972, it was finally put in. Entire theses, dissertations and books have been written about this word.

I love the word and use it all the time, but I am a big Deadwood fan.
In England I don't think the word has as much power as in the US, in the same way piss is a rude word to us Brits, yet I hear the term Pissed (as in Off - not drunk) used all the time on US TV-shows that would otherwise never allow swearing.

I was very suprised to hear "piss off" in a Harry Potter film!

Give me cunt everytime, pussy just reminds me of Mrs Slocome from "Are you Being Served"!

That's nothing - the seaull says it to the ickle bunny-wunnies in the cartoon film (and the book, IIRC) 'Watership Down'

There's a very funny sketch on Peter Cook & Dudley Moore's CD 'Derek and Clive live' in which they use the word THIRTY-FIVE times in about 3 minutes!! (Yes, I just counted them, sad I am) Typical dialogue:

Dud: "He said 'who are you calling a cunt, cunt?'"
Pete: "He never! What a fucking cunt!"
