BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Ann Walker was an immensely voluptuous model and one of the really big stars of the Harrison Marks era. She was reportedly in the business for about 5 years, having begun as an artist's model, before switching to photographic work. Although she probably posed for every major photographer in London, the only ones known of for certain are listed above. Towards the end of her career, she lived with the photographer, Ed Alexander for about 18 months. It was he who persuaded her to open the Annie Walker model agency, which specialised in supplying nude and topless models. Nina Carter and Jilly Johnson were among the girls on her books. She did a post-retirement shoot for Mayfair magazine in the 1980s. By this time she was in her mid 30s, and had slimmed down considerably to 34-22-34.
