Thanks, Pepper! I posted my own scans of her farther up the thread. I can confirm she is Lisa Allison from the 1985 film Love Circles.

Just curious: how did you spot a model whose face cannot be seen on the cover of PH July 1991 and without knowing her name? Is it just the white hat?
