Then if that's her, the caps are her too. Since it's the same group of girl bellhops. In that same scene (thanks for that link btw) @ about 2:55 you see geek supreme Eddie Deezen dancing and behind him to the left is the same girl we believe is Paula Wood. Behind him to the right is Julia Parton and Durga McBroom (tall black girl). None of the other bellhops look even remotely like Paula. Confirmed!
