First star to do A2M

Currently it seems almost all or at least the majority of porn stars do A2M. Back in the 80's when I first started watching porn, I never saw a star do that act. They may have been less attractive woman doing it but stars like Ginger Lynn, Amber Lynn, Barbara Dare, Candie Evens and their contempories never did.
In the Mid 90's Debi Diamond did Ass to Mouth in Swallow with John Dough. She did a couple of others shortly after that scene. Was she the first star to do Ass-to Mouth? Does anyone know of a well known porn star doing Ass-to Mouth prior to Debi Diamond in 1994?
