From this issue of Finnish Jallu magazine:

According to the magazine her name is Raisa Viitanen and she is a Finnish girl. I don't know if she's just an amateur and whether she's done more modeling or not.

Looking her hair cut (probably a wig), decorations and considering Finland openess for the shots like this those days, I do doubt her to be a Finnish model (Raisa Viitanen). It is unusual setting for the that time Finnish nude photography. It was common that photos were from abroad, re-named by Finnish names. Frontpage model, even this is Finnish magazine, is Roberta Pedon, as an example.

Thus, I did color correction and resized originals and went to image search.
