That is definitely Nancy Suiter. I first saw that clip in a collection of short films by Richard Rank.
A nice aspect of this film is that you get to hear her voice, kind of a throaty, sexy, Texas drawl.

This appears to be a very early picture of Nancy with short hair.

Don't know if it's an early picture, but the short hair seems to be a wig.

In San Antonio, Texas a year or so ago I saw a woman in the bar of the Hyatt on the Riverwalk that I'm sure was Nancy. 30 years older but you don't change that much in 30 years that a guy who lived out his teen fantasies about you wouldn't recoginze you. I wanted so bad to say something to her but she was with a man and another couple. But I know it was her. I took a picture with my cell phone using as much discretion as possible but it didn't turn out...too dark.

Anyway maybe there is something to the rumours of her being gone to Texas.
