The name "Elaine Collins" always escapes me in naming structure.
I have quite a few old shots of her, Elaine or Georgia.

Most of my following posts reflect the GJ nomenclature.
I will post what I have gathered from the black newsgroup and the net.

Hi,
these links are better than I posted before.
She is listed here as Elaine Collins and Elaine Moore.
It's a collection of a unknown collector with about 400 Images. Some doubles,
triples, many images were posted before in this thread and it's some work to
view all the images - but you also find there some BDSM-Pics with Georgia and
some pics with other resolutions.

Some thumbs are not working, but you reach the files starting with No. 6 and using 'Next'.
Sometimes is the Button 'Full Size' visible centered below the image to increase then size.

No video - only screenshots. Is the tennis girl Roxanne Brewer ?

An interesting curio I spotted recently Elaine/Georgia appearing fleetingly in the film The Laughing Policeman (1973) starring Walter Matthau and Bruce Dern. Here is the clip less than a minute alas, but possibly of interest to other fans of this beauty:
